Essential Oil Palma Rosa 10ml. It helps to reduce stress and tension and promotes recovery from nervous exhaustion. It is good for all skin types because it is a cellular stimulation and supports all cell regulation.

Direction:
Oil Burner: 4 drops for a burning time of 20 minutes.
Massage: Dilute 3-5 drops in 10 ml. of carrier oil.
Inhalation: Put 5 drops in 200 ml. of steamed water and inhale for 3-5 minutes.
Bath: Put 15 drops in the bath tub for a 20 minutes bath.

Caution: 
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and ears. If skin irritation
