Mt.Sapola Essential Oil Neroli (Pomelo) 10ml, Essential Oil Neroli.

Good for weakness, general fatigue and mental exhaustion. Revitalises the senses and nourishes the skin. Pure neroli oil, extracted from the flowers of the bitter orange, is certainly one of the best-smelling essences available, but unfortunately also one of the most expensive.

Like all citrus scents, it lifts the mood, dispels depression and depressive moods and gives new courage. Neroli oil brings peace and serenity; some consider it a natural sedative.

Neroli oil is said to dispel sadness and evoke feelings of joy and happiness. It can alleviate depression.

Application:

• Diffuser: Add 4 drops to water
• Oil lamp: Add 4 drops of essential oil for a burning time of 20 minutes
• Massage: dilute 3-5 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil (e.g. jojoba oil)
• Inhalation: add 5 drops to 200 ml of hot water and inhale for 3-5 minutes
• Bath: add 15 drops of essential oil to the bath for a 20-minute bath.
